RETURN & WARRANTY
At ArtisanTote, we take pride in every stitch. We want you to love your handcrafted bag, but if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:
Condition: Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Tags: Original tags must remain attached.
Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof: Order number or receipt is required.
Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will be sent back to the customer.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because these items are made specifically for you, personalized or custom-made bags (including name embroidery or custom text) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exception: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made by our studio, we will replace it or refund you immediately.
Return Shipping
Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions: ArtisanTote will cover shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
Issuance: Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
How to Start a Return
