Thank you for shopping at Artisan Tote! We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our bags. Every order is handled with care and shipped directly from our studio in the heart of Oklahoma.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
We partner with USPS, UPS and FedEx to provide reliable and efficient service. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes are calculated as follows:

Please note: "Transit Time" represents the time your package is in the carrier's possession. "Total Estimated Delivery Time" includes both our order handling time and the carrier's transit time.
3. Order Handling, Cut-off Time, and Operating Hours
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Operating Hours: Our studio processes orders from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

5. Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier's website (USPS or UPS). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please thoroughly double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. Artisan Tote is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@artisantote.com. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address.
7. Delays and Damaged Packages
While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or peak holiday seasons.
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 business days so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

RETURN & REFUND
At Artisan Tote, we take pride in every stitch. We want you to love your handcrafted bag, but if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:
Condition: Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Tags: Original tags must remain attached.
Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof: Order number or receipt is required.
Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will be sent back to the customer.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because these items are made specifically for you, personalized or custom-made bags (including name embroidery or custom text) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exception: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made by our studio, we will replace it or refund you immediately.
Return Shipping
Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions: Artisan Tote will cover shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Recommendation: We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
Issuance: Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
How to Start a Return

Photos (required if the item is defective or damaged). Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Accidents happen! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will prioritize your case to make it right.
