30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

• Tags: Original tags must remain attached.

• Packaging: Must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof: Order number or receipt is required.

• Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will be sent back to the customer.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because these items are made specifically for you, personalized or custom-made bags (including name embroidery or custom text) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Exception: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made by our studio, we will replace it or refund you immediately.

Return Shipping

• Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Exceptions: ArtisanTote will cover shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.
